RE/MAX Capitol Properties raises $4,000 for Children’s Colorado

In the midst of a year that doesn’t feel normal, RE/MAX Capitol Properties in Cheyenne, Wyoming brought a little Christmas joy to their community and the patients of Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Tammy Facemire, Realtor at RE/MAX Capitol Properties and Leader of JT Facemire Realty, coordinated a giveaway fundraiser. The grand prize? A Recteq RT-B380 Bullseye Wood Pellet Grill. The fundraiser brought the community of Cheyenne together with RE/MAX Capitol Properties at the helm, and all proceeds were to be donated to Children’s Hospital Colorado. The money would be allocated to purchase toys and holiday-themed items for the patients and families.

Kacie Thomas, Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation, and Tammy Facemire, Leader of JT Facemire Realty and Realtor at RE/MAX Capitol Properties, showcase the total raised for Children’s Colorado

“Personally, we have used the services at Children’s Hospital Colorado for our daughter. As we started our business with RE/MAX and learned how the RE/MAX and CMN partnership worked, it seemed to be a perfect match for us.  The more we answered questions about Miracle Homes, we met numerous individuals the have children or their close friends children receive care at Children’s Hospital Colorado.”

Tammy and her husband John have been dedicated supporters and advocates of Children’s Hospital Colorado over the years, primarily through the RE/MAX Miracle Home program. But the philanthropy doesn’t stop at the two of them.

“Our broker Steve Prescott and his wife Stephanie are very giving people and very active with in the community. Steve and Stephanie foster an environment and set the example that allow each agent within the office to find their path to give back to the community in ways they they chose.  Several agents in the office do just that.”

Tammy says to all the patients and families: “We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy and Healthy New Year!”
