Children’s Hospital Colorado Celebrates North Campus Expansion

As part of the commitment to providing top pediatric care to the northern Colorado community, Children’s Hospital Colorado officially broke ground for the expansion of the North Campus facility in Broomfield, Colorado .

Children’s Miracle Network Partners from the northern Colorado community came to witness the excitement of the ceremony. Gwen Stouder from RE/MAX Nexus in Firestone and the nearby Courtyard Marriott staff were among some of the many donors and partners in attendance. RE/MAX Nexus will host a festival later this fall, all to benefit the construction of the project and keep the donations even more local to their community. The Courtyard Marriott is housing the out-of-town construction team who are working on the project.

The Children’s Colorado North Campus will expand services to include emergency/urgent care, inpatient and observation care, sleep studies, operating room services, specialty clinics, an imaging center and a diagnostic unit. In addition, other new s

ervices will include Infusion therapy, Outpatient behavioral health services, Pharmacy and laboratory services, Outdoor sports therapy field, an Optical shop, full food services including a cafeteria and coffee shop, and additional volunteer services, including gift shop and creative play center.

The expanded facility is set to open in fall of 2019.
